Accommodation classified as “Internal Tourism”. The one-bedroom apartment has a capacity of up to 2 adults + 1 child up to 14 years old (main bedroom with a double bed, it also has a sofa bed in the living room). Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom and the living room. It is located on the second floor without elevator. We do not recommend this apartment for families with small children in strollers, due to the narrowness of the stairs, but we can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

Fully equipped and stylish house, and very quiet. Air conditioning, TV and Wi-FI included. Views of a small and quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. A bathroom with shower.

Private transportation is not required as the place is centrally located. You will be about 5-10 minutes walking from the main attractions of the city such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig d’es Born.

“Sa Gerreria” is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and for its low crowds and has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is frequented mainly by locals. It has a great presence of urban art.
